Devbali Singh Private Industrial Training Institute is a privately managed ITI located at Village Sahopar, Bypass Road, Bhatni, in the Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh. The institute was established in the year 2016 and is affiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) under the Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
The institute is registered with the Directorate of Training & Employment, Uttar Pradesh under ITI code 3062, and appears on the NCVT MIS portal with the institute code PR09900256. Administratively it falls under Tehsil Salempur, Block Bhatni, Police Station Bhatni, and comes under the Gorakhpur zone with the Joint Director (Training & Employment), Gorakhpur as the divisional authority.
Our purpose is straightforward: to give students of this largely rural block a recognised, employable technical qualification close to home. Every course we run follows the Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) syllabus, and every trainee spends the larger share of the course inside the workshop rather than the classroom.

An ITI certificate is not a piece of paper — it is proof that your hands can do a job. In this institute we insist on attendance, on discipline in the workshop, and on completing every practical exercise in the syllabus, because that is what an employer will actually test you on.
