Devbali Singh Private ITI was established in 2016 at Bypass Road, Bhatni in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh. The institute was set up with a simple objective — to bring quality, affordable technical training within reach of students from Bhatni, Salempur and the surrounding rural belt, so that they do not have to migrate for a basic vocational qualification.
The institute functions under the Joint Director (Training & Employment), Gorakhpur division and is affiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training. Its courses follow the Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) syllabus of the Directorate General of Training.
